Israel was one of my favorite countries that I visited last year. From the ancient walls of old Jerusalem to the beaches of Eilat Israel is a culturally rich place. I loved rappelling the Ramon Crater and camping in the Negev dessert.

2. Japan

Visiting Tokyo turned me into a foodie. I greatly enjoyed eating sushi from the Tsukiji fish market and from conveyor belt sushi places. I also really enjoyed cream puffs. A real highlight for me in Japan was staying in a capsule hotel.

Ecuador is a very beautiful and diverse country. Featuring stunning beaches, wildlife and mountains. Rent is cheap there giving you a very leisurely vacation where you could catch up on reading, play games on Betway or just relax on the beach. Ecuador also has some of the best chocolate in the world.

4. Peru

Peru surprised me with it’s diversity. One moment I was walking through the luxury shops of Mira Flores, next the windy beaches of Barrancas and then the beautiful mountains in the Switzerland of Peru called Huarez. The food was also delicious, ceviche, corn and arroz con pollo.

5. Australia

Australia is known for the stunning Sydney Opera House, Great Barrier Reef, the outback wilderness and wide variety of unique animals such as the duck billed platypus and kangaroos. The Blue Mountains in South Wales are absolutely stunning, Everything But Flowers offers a wonderful climbing and abseiling adventure there! You won’t want to miss the eucalyptus forests and beautiful waterfalls.

Iceland is one of my most favorite countries. It is like the cold twin of Hawaii filled with expansive black sand beaches, volcanos, rainbows and stunning waterfalls. I could visit Iceland over and over and never run out of adventures.

7. Jordan

Jordan was one of the most picturesque countries I have ever visited. The ancient city of Petra was unbelievable. It’s one thing to see in a magazine but when you are there you can really imagine how it used to be. The massive stone carved buildings were perfect for postcards.
